Context
Voltaje is part of one of SOLE’s infrastructure projects, funded with money they had been allocated. The first step was understanding the earlier metrics: what was being measured and what it was for.
What we did
I did the full software migration, from Notion to Obsidian, with a system of Markdown files. From there it grew through training sessions so the team could produce its own content.
The whole process ran from 2025 to May 2026.
Outcome
Today the system can feed itself: it has internal agents and keeps building its own solutions. Everything is curated by people who check whether it works and whether it’s relevant.
Recognition and support
Voltaje received an honorable mention from the IEEE in the Connecting the Unconnected Challenge, and the project is supported by the Internet Society Foundation. The recognition belongs to Fundación SOLE Colombia and the platform, not to me: I did the migration and the training.
