Context
ActivaTIC had ERP-like software that wasn’t working well for them. They hired me to make it work.
What we did
I fixed the databases and adjusted the infrastructure and the whole process, until it was running as the in-house software for the entire operation. I handed it over almost finished: what’s left on their side is design tweaks.
I started in July 2026; by September it was running with the teachers.
Outcome
The system is running with the teachers, so the metrics are still being measured. We’re now planning the next piece of software.
